Have a menu item to open the Acrobat 6 Help file as PDF file (instead of using the standard help system). Workaround for problems with the Acrobat Help system afte installing Service Pack 2 (SP2) for Windows XP.

Use this script if you...

• have installed SP2 on Windows XP (Problem with standard Acrobat Help System)
• want to use the Help file as editable PDF file (add Annotations, Bookmarks etc.)
• want to access the Help files in several languages if you have a
  multilingual Acrobat installatio.

Note: You can edit the list of supported languages by editing the appropriate
list in MVPDF_OpenAcroHelp.js

Installation: Copy the file MVPDF_OpenAcroHelp.js into the JavaScript folder
of your Acrobat Installation (.../Acrobat 6.0/Acrobat/Javascript)
