Acrobat provides standard tools to split PDF into single pages. For more sophisticated tasks like to split PDF files into groups of pages (e.g. chapters) we have created the tool MVPDFPageExtractor.

For example MVPDFPageExtractor is able to work with external information (e.g. CSV files) and using document specific content or meta information like font names or font sizes as well.

MVPDFExtractor can work with single input files and/or with folders, using a customized naming convention for the output.

We are able to adapt such tools to our customers needs in a short term.

Cross document links in PDF files are sometimes defined with an absolute path instead of a relative one. Such links fail if the files are moved to an other drive or folder, e.g. onto a CD ROM.

MVPDFQuickLinkFix analyzes all external links and converts absolute paths into relative ones. The process is logged into a report.

MVPDFLinkPathChanger makes use of an alternative method. With this tool you can replace parts of an existing path.

E.g. a path like \\Archiveserver\Security\Modul_01.doc can be replaced with
Security\Modul_01.pdf.

Both Plug-Ins work with single files and with entire folders (and their subfolders). With this tools you can convert huge documentations within a short time frame.
